METAL OR PLASTIC?

People have already been asking about the Malingerers miniatures, which brought up this question, are you all more interested in miniatures hewn from Metal or Plastic? We went with metal when we could for old school flavor & just so I could have metal miniatures of all my guys, plastic would be cheaper & lighter & appears (only appears) to catch the details better. The other benefit of the plastic is that we can use blister packs without worrying about the figures damaging each other. Anyhow I'm asking you, which you would prefer.
